The role

As a Generative AI Data Scientist, your role will involve addressing complex business challenges and enhancing Generative AI capabilities across multiple Nestle Business Entities. You will collaborate with diverse business users throughout the enterprise to facilitate the creation and development of business cases, utilizing generative AI to uncover valuable insights. Your expertise in generative AI and machine learning will position you as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, users, and super-users.

In terms of travel, the level of activity is generally low and will depend on the specific project assigned, averaging below 10%.

What you’ll do

• Be the reference on Generative AI and Data Science for the ASL team and willing to help

• Partner with Market functions, Globally and Regionally Managed Businesses, and Above Market entities to develop and deliver Generative AI advanced analytics initiatives

• Provide advisory services and promote data science capabilities within Nestle, staying updated on data science trends.

• Collaborate with other Business Analytics teams and networks to leverage new data sources for developing market insights.

• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data gathering, processing, analysis techniques, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in STEM (Maths, Physics..)

• +5 years of experience in Analytics

• You have substantial experience working with LLMs (language model), such as OpenAI’s models (GPT3 and GPT4), Mistral, Llama or Gemini

• At least 8 years of experience working in a coding language such as R, SQL, Python or similar language.
