Our Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk location in Escondido, CA, is looking for a Guest Relations Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team!

Hyatt Vacation Club®, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking motivated individuals with customer service and local area expertise to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. We are currently looking for driven individuals with outgoing personalities who are motivated to provide outstanding customer service. As a Guest Relations Coordinator, you will offer Concierge-style services to guests coming to stay with us on a promotional vacation package.

Pay: $16 per hour plus commission & bonuses

Schedule: 10am to 6:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm, must be open to work weekends

What will you do?

·Conduct pre-arrival calls and/or in person services for guests coming on a promotional package.

·Engage with guests and provide elevated customer service by phone and/or in person.

·Effectively communicate the benefits of the guest's vacation package and confirm details.

·Provide the highest level of service to suggest local attractions and restaurant recommendations.

·Provide effective problem resolution techniques if applicable.

What are the requirements?
