What You’ll Do
In the strategic role of Key Account Manager Deutsche Telekom you will own and champion the relationships on all levels to the customer, building and executing the sales strategy.

In this job you will: * Be part of high performing sales team responsible for the Enterprise Business with Deutsche Telekom & T-Systems * Develop and look after the Business within the team as strategic Key Account Seller. * Join a dynamic sales culture with great visibility to Cisco's top Executives in strategic large deals * Actively shape the future by providing the customer with solutions that enable Deutsche Telekom & T-Systems to improve their own offerings to build business benefits while transforming the German and European market. * Form and collaborate closely with an extended account team of professional sales specialists, technical architects, service sellers and other integrated functions. * Own and develop a Key-Account-Plan with best in class sales methodologies like Target-Account-Selling, Relationship-Selling * Become your customers’ trusted advisor by investing in relationship building over all levels. * Orchestrate cross-functional team members to deliver complete business solutions. * Plan and execute the sales strategy in order to meet the agreed timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded. * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports. * Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.

Who You Are
Minimum requirement: * You bring 5+ years of sales experience in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution business. * You have profound knowledge and experience in selling Cisco Enterprise Solutions to large multinational corporations. * You are aware of the actual market trends in IT like SD-Wan, Cloud Architectures, WiFi6 and have a curious mindset that help you to keep on track of rapidly new developing technologies. * You have been rated top sales performer and are perceived as a high potential talent * Are fascinated by sales and a top talent in building & maintaining relationships to other people on all levels. * You want to actively develop your career and become a well-respected top-tier sales professional with a wide spread C-Level network. * Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Able to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the customer. * Write and speak English and German fluently. * Excellent written and verbal communication.
Desired Skills: * Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships up to Executive level. Experience working and selling to top Key-Accounts would be an advantage * Ability to match customer needs with state of the art technology solutions and partners to deliver them. * Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to our customers, partners and Cisco overall. * Confidence in applying business and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities. * Ability to use and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Services and others.
