Colonial Life Benefit Counselor in Escanaba, Michigan

We have openings for benefit counselors across the UP and Northern Wisconsin. In this role, you are an independent sales representative responsible for building relationships with businesses in your community. You will partner alongside your district and regional manager for live field training as well as classroom training. Responsibilities include: prospecting, running decision maker presentations, group meetings, enrollment solutions and account management.
Sales experience is a plus but not required. We have an extensive training program that is tailored to each individual. Advancement is encouraged. Earnings in this role are sales performance based and are uncapped, offering you the opportunity to earn what you think you are worth! The compensation plan includes commissions, renewal commissions, quarterly and first year bonuses. You will be added as a member of AIP (Association of Insurance Professionals) and that will give you access to an array of benefits and discounts.
