What do you contribute?

  • In your new role, you will work closely with the strategy department, as well as the engineering departments of our Rolling Stock business unit and their commercial staff (f/m/d) across the organization in order to understand the requirements from the market / projects and integrate them into resource planning and reporting.

  • You will coordinate the framework conditions of the regular planning process individually with the engineering managers of the business segments (e.g. High-Speed and Intercity, Commuter and Regional).

  • You will oversee the entire planning process and provide advice based on your technical expertise.

  • In addition, you analyze the results to identify trends, opportunities and risks and derive recommendations.

  • You will also create defined reports and prepare individual reports.

  • You will identify potential for improvement and develop measures to optimize the planning and reporting processes.

What do you bring along?

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

  • Moreover, you have many years of professional experience in planning and reporting.

  • You have sound knowledge of analyzing business data and creating reports.

  • You are experienced in working with strategic departments and engineering teams.

  • Furthermore, you have strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high affinity for numbers.

  • Your way of working is team-oriented and you have strong communication skills.

  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint or other reporting tools.

  • If you are business fluent in English and ideally have a good command of German, we look forward to receiving your application.
