Empfangskraft als Reception Associate (m/w/d)

Unterstützen Sie uns bei:

  • der eigenverantwortlichen, professionelle Organisation des Empfangs

  • Empfang und Betreuung von unseren nationalen und internationalen Kunden und Gästen

  • der Telefonzentrale

  • der Regelung des Postverkehrs und der Paketannahme

  • der Organisation von Meetings (Ordern des Caterings, Vor- und Nachbereiten der Konferenzräume)

  • der Koordination des Fuhrparks

  • der Führung eines Rechnungseingangsbuches und die Rechnungsprüfung

  • der Durchführung von Bestellungen mit Hilfe eines Software Systems

Überzeugen Sie uns durch:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Hotelfachmann/-frau

  • Berufserfahrung im Office-Management und der Assistenz

  • professionelles, zielorientiertes und eigenständiges flexibles Arbeiten

  • hohe Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit

  • gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
