Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and Residential Treatment experience is preferred.

Requirements

The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprint, Childline, and Criminal clearance are required.

Job Summary

This position requires working with at-risk adolescents 12 to 18 years of age. Behavioral Staff are responsible for overall behavioral management and observation of clients in care at our facilities. Behavioral Staff will provide support to clients. This support includes but is not limited to behavioral, interpersonal, social-skills coaching, daily living skills, educational, and recreational activities.

Work Hours

Hours worked are primarily second shift with weekends and holidays. Flexibility is required.
