The Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and to ensure both short- and long-term profitability at assigned accounts within the Building Automation & Smart Buildings team by building relationships with key decision makers and becoming an essential resource to the client

What we would like to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required.

  • 3 + years of Account Manager experience required.

  • Previous experience with Building Technology Systems essential.

  • Technical sales experience a plus.

  • Design-Build fundamentals a plus.

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar experience preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.

  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal internally and externally are essential.

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
