Sartorius Engineer Scheduler|Administrator in Epsom, United Kingdom

We are looking for an Engineer Scheduler|Administrator to join our team based in our Epsom office. You will have strong administration experience and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and customers.

Are you an experienced scheduler/administrator within a fast – paced environment? Do you have strong communication skills and enjoy juggling many enquires at the same time?

We are looking for an Engineer Scheduler/Administrator for our Service Support team in Epsom at Sartorius. In this role, you will work closely with Service Engineer to support their scheduling and administrative needs. You will build strong relationships with customers, work collaboratively with internal teams, and ensure that all tasks are managed accurately and in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for scheduling engineering works with customers, forward planning, manage quotations, invoices, service agreements and all aspects of customer information.

The wider team consists of 14 professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.

This role is based on site in Epsom, with hybrid working available (further details to be provided). The role is full time Monday to Friday – 8.30 – 17.00 with 1 hour lunch. We are a friendly and busy team, so come and work for us!

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

  • On a daily basis you will work closely with our customers, service engineers and internal department to ensure the customer needs are met

  • Maintain the service engineer diaries to meet the customer requirements

  • You will process emails from a share inbox and update information on spreadsheets

  • Working on a variety of different tasks, prioritizing and updating customers throughout the process

  • Raising quotations, creating service agreements and following up on them, action service agreement amendment enquires by phone and email in a timely manner

  • Managing invoices and liaising with our finance department

  • Checking that received documentation is in order, running regular reports, update customer details in database

  • Regular use of SAP, inputting and updating information

  • Collaborating with the Service team

What will convince us

  • Strong experience in a support administration position within a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with engineers and scheduling appointments is desirable

  • Able build excellent relationships with people internally and externally

  • Able to reach quickly to enquiries, proactive, can juggle many enquires at the same time

  • Has strong attention to detail

  • Highly organized, able to take ownership of varied processes

  • Able to prioritize, plan and multi – task

  • Good at working independently as well as a team player

  • Experience in SAP (Service Module) would be ideal though full training will be provided

  • Strong Excel skills
