Mason 1. Performs all tasks as directed 2. Meets job responsibilities of a Laborer 3. Steps in to labor when needed 4. Has tools to perform tasks 5. Daily production at 60% of top mason 6. Learning to stay on bond 7. Lay to line without pushing it 8. Keeps mud in good working order 9. Able to spread mud properly 10. Able to cut material with a hammer 11. Able to tool joints properly 12. Grouting and placement of rebar 13. Install wire with proper lap 14. Able to fasten anchors and install flashing properly 15.
