Summary:

The Deposit Solutions Specialist III provides support for the day to day operational functions for the deposit systems, products, and services.

Essential Functions:

  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Handles inquiries from customers and other departments within the bank with excellent customer service skills as well as efficiently and accurately from various communication channels
  • Proficient technology customer support for Online Banking and Mobile Banking
  • Performs implementation of various Cash Management services including Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Account Analysis and sweeps, among other services
  • Provides assistance in training customers and Bank personnel on the various services and products that the team manages
  • Manages maintenance and change requests from customers effectively and accurately
  • Proactive with customer issues or system maintenance issues
  • Helps in the coordination and support of audits and examinations
  • Performs a variety of routine tasks, reviews reports, prepares correspondence and participates in special department projects
  • Look for ongoing process improvements
  • Help process and produce monthly usage/billing reports for various products and services
  • Assist branch personnel, contact center and customers with any digital product questions or concerns
  • Maintain current procedures for products
  • Review and Maintenance of all online XA accounts opened and delivery of TISA
  • Performs other such duties as requested

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5 years of Deposit Operations required

Competencies:

  • ENB Operational and Functional Competencies
  • Strong 10-key and math skills
  • Basic computer skills

Supervisory Requirements:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboard, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculator, and fax machines. Due to physical location of this position, phone ringing, and people conversing, it may be difficult to hear at times and therefore easily distracting.
