The purpose of the Customer Service Representative position is to process telephone requests, ensuring efficient/accurate transaction processing and maintaining high levels of service to members. This role has direct supervision, has no budgetary responsibility, and requires proficient analytical skills to perform the daily functions of the job. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing account services and promoting products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, providing members with account information, processing member phone transactions, assisting with troubleshooting mobile banking issues, assists with submitting member Solonis Service Incident requests, completes forms on behalf of members, utilizes MRM, and assists members with financial services needs and related account problems. This role also refers members to key contacts for services and products relevant to member. SKILLS: * Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Skills with common software including Microsoft Office EDUCATION: * General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma EXPERIENCE: * Customer Service Representative I - 1 year of related experience in retail financial services and customer service * Customer Service Representative II - 2-3 years of related experience in retail financial services and customer service CORE COMPETENCIES: * Effective knowledge * Accountability and self-management * Teamwork and leadership * Communication * Innovation and problem-solving WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing * Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading * Ability to sit for extended time periods * Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment * Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects #LI-DS1
