Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the telecom services industry, based in Englewood, Colorado. The role involves critical financial duties as a Staff Accountant, with a focus on credit management tasks. This role is particularly suited for individuals with skills in journal entries and a keen interest in financial operations within the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and verifying customer credit applications with precision and diligence.

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records on a regular basis.

• Resolving customer inquiries related to credit applications and records.

• Monitoring the status of customer credit accounts to identify and address any delinquencies.

• Recording and analyzing financial information, including journal entries, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborating with the finance team to improve credit processes and policies.

• Providing timely and accurate information to the reporting senior staff as necessary.

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly balance sheets, income statements, and statement of cash flows.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.

• Participating in financial audits and cooperating with internal and external auditors. Requirements

• Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing journal entries is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
