Salary: $70-90k Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO Cornerstone Servicing is seeking an experienced Sr. Investor Services Associate to join our team in Englewood, CO!!! This position will prepare investor reporting for various types of investors and remittance types ranging from private actual/actual deals to more complex private securities and oversight of agency portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly reporting of certain loan related accounts and works with the responsible individuals to make any necessary corrections Prepare loan sale journal entries based on purchase advise (PA) detail that is downloaded from loan software Ensure servicing system and reports are in balance and monitor cash movement and advancement requirements Coordinate loan movement and cash settlement activity between the Loan Boarding/Service Transfer group, and the sellers Review and understand PSA requirements or private securities to be compliant to all reporting and remittance requirements and triggers Complete special projects as assigned by Manager Corporate Accounting What you will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience Minimum 3-5 years of professional accounting experience in a mortgage environment CPA preferred Strong analytical reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills Effective verbal and written communicator Must be well organized with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Quick learner and adaptable to constant change Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
