Description

What You'll Do

This is a non-Engineer fielding role. Traveling 100% to client sites in the Denver Metro Area with occasional overnights. This position is responsible for oversight, safety checks, and quality assurance along with managing a group of Field Technicians.

As a Sr. Field Technician, a typical day may include the following:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to all field staff members.

  • Ensure team members are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to carry out duties effectively

  • Oversee day to day field operations, to include site inspections, installations, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities while making sure everyone follow protocols

  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with field operations, such as safety hazards, resource constraints, resource constraints, or technical issues

  • Travel to customer locations to perform site visits, inspections, or audits while assessing equipment performance, identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvement

  • Maintain accurate records of their activities, to include service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed

  • Perform routine assessment tasks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and prevent issues, to include diagnose and troubleshoot problems, repair or replace defective parts

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years field experience

  • Computer skills.

  • Must have own vehicle and ability to travel if required.
