Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer

Salary: $152,069.00 to $162,069.00 per year, including standard company benefits.

Job Location: Englewood, Colorado

Job Duties: Lead the design, analysis, creation, and debugging of CSG's customer facing applications. Closely collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to triage incidents or defects found by clients, other teams, or internally. Develop project solutions that continuously enhance overall usability and performance of existing applications. Perform review of coding projects completed by junior members to ensure applications are highly effective, responsive, and in line with client and end-user expectations. Create and implement development and training efforts to teach junior developers and testers proper coding, analysis, creation, and testing of applications. Mentor junior members of the team, developers, and testers. Communicate with product owners, developers, testers, clients and end-users in a manner that assists continuously to enhance the overall usability of the applications. Perform under minimal supervision on complex assignments and projects. Develops high impact, widely used applications where end-users', both internal and external, expectations are met as it relates to process flow, effectiveness, responsiveness and customized configuration.

Position allows for remote work and reports to company headquarters in Englewood, CO.

Job Requirements: Requires a Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Requires experience in a related occupation (two years with Master's degree or five years of progressive post bachelor's with Bachelor's degree).

Must have some experience in each of the following:

  1. C#, C++, and MFC;
  2. MS SQL Server;
  3. Web Services, SOA, and OO design;
  4. .NET, WCF, NUnit, and Cloud Providers;
  5. Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Jira; and
  6. Chef, ADO, and Git.
