This position will report directly to the Manager of Employer Branding and be a part of the larger Talent Acquisition - Channels and Programs team within HR.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As Marketing Lead - Employer Brand for Professional, you will work alongside our professional Talent Acquisition organization to develop and manage recruitment marketing and employment branding initiatives supporting professional and early career hiring goals. This is a strategic, detail-oriented role where you will be expected to drive the full lifecycle of recruitment marketing projects for a specific audience, including brainstorming, planning, implementation, optimization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and stakeholders to develop paid and organic recruitment marketing strategies to drive professional hires
Act as an Account Manager for our professional recruitment leaders, working closely with them to deeply understand their recruiting needs
Work with external vendor partners to develop, execute and report on recruitment marketing initiatives focusing on professional recruiting outcomes
Oversee all professional recruitment marketing processes like strategy brainstorms, campaign implementation, campaign optimization, billing and performance reporting
Manage the day-to-day timing and optimizations for recruitment marketing campaigns
Discover and provide strategic recommendations on potential vendors and platforms
Develop and maintain strong relationships with TA teams and senior leadership presenting recruitment marketing results and impact on business objectives
Work collaboratively with the Senior Lead - Employer Branding to drive targeted campaigns into organic “hygiene” content on social media and job boards
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years combined experience in brand marketing and talent acquisition or human resources
Prior marketing, brand or social media experience, preferably within recruiting or talent brand
Experience with:
LinkedIn, Facebook, Dice, Stack Overflow, a plus
CRM, social media and paid media tools, a plus
Advertising media math, digital campaign management and ad tracking operations
Understanding of programmatic media concepts
Marketing performance reporting and data analytics
Invoice and expenditure management as related to professional marketing campaigns
Skills and Qualifications:
A high level of proficiency with:
Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Building and managing spreadsheets and presenting slide decks
Campaign management tools or interfaces
Solid organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
Extremely detail-oriented in all aspects of work output
Good working knowledge of Talent Acquisition, HR or recruiting processes
Self-starter attitude with an ability to conceptualize and drive projects
This role must be performed onsite in Denver, Colorado.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
