Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing First-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for prioritizing current tickets and customer satisfaction ratings of the helpdesk system.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
