Position Summary You will be a customer-facing representative of a new roll-off dumpster business in the Denver area called Bargain Bins. We're looking for a separated or retired Military person or First Responder interested in earning extra cash and having the flexibility to manage their work schedule. This position involves driving a Super Duty truck to and from customer locations and waste stations. This non-CDL position demands patience and a high degree of safety as you pick-up and drop-off dumpsters. There will be thorough training for this position, and we are looking for the right candidate to start immediately. There will be a sixty (60) day probationary period to ensure this is the right fit for both the candidate and Bargain Bins. Key Responsibilities: Operate Super Duty truck and its hydraulic lift equipment Deliver and pick up dumpsters to/from customer sites (typically 10-12 per day) Provide high value service when dealing with the customer and waste station personnel Maintain good working condition of equipment and report issues to the General Manager Be safety conscientious and always error on the side of caution Required Skills and Experience: Ability to work independently and execute assignments as given Positive attitude and a willingness to serve the customer Experience working in a customer facing environments preferred Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment including a truck/trailer combination during all phases of operation Compensation for Colorado: Starting salary ranges from $20-$25/hr depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
