DAS Integrators, LLC Construction Manager in Englewood, Colorado

Reports to: VP of Operations Summary: DASi is looking for motivated, self-driven team player to join our company as the Construction Manager to partner with operations leadership to oversee all projects.

Roles: Managing project budgets (labor, material, travel, etc.) Proactively identifying material needs and ensure crews are productive In conjunction with the Project Manager (PM), coordinate construction schedule Exceed customer expectations on all levels Build great value through quality work and high standards Enforce procedures and quality control/safety procedures Company interface at the field level of DASi projects Identify, mitigate and track reoccurring construction issues Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes and other requirements

Responsibilities: Ensure projects are on budget and on time including working with PM to capture budget and time data DASi's field presence for customers job walks, kick-offs, weekly meetings, etc. Ensure schedule is documented through PM for start dates, schedule changes and change orders Accountable for material orders and equipment foe each project Weekly project status discussions with the PM and VP OPS Approval of all field level expenses before sending data to the PM In conjunction with the VP OPS, hire and supervise all construction level employees Continual training for all construction employees no matter the level

Education/Skill Requirements: BS Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent work experience Proven ability to lead construction crews and hold schedules, budgets and work quality expectations Hands on experience in a construction trade, preferably low voltage or DAS Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Ability to multi-task and stay focused on project details

Schedule: Full time, Exempt. Typical working hours 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, some overnight and weekend hours as required. Travel up to 75%
