Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Application Developer II on the Ticketing Administration team, you will support the Customer Experience Operations (CXO) organization in creating the architecture that allows us to serve our customers. You will build processes that ensure tickets submitted by customer service representatives on behalf of customers are provisioned, routed and managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management - Manage ticketing application and internal domains, including proper resolution of tickets, provisioning of users, automations/rules for tickets, routing logic, interface enhancements, and optimization of the existing tickets/processes

  • End-User Experience - Assist in managing and developing the current case management system and finding innovative solutions to optimize the platform and processes

  • Relationship Focused - Maintain strong relationships with various departments in the business

  • Data Driven - Leverage analytics and insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives

  • Detail Oriented - Responsible for documenting various ticketing flows and processes, database tables, and automation logic for the case management application

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of data and data analytics; database, table and server knowledge a plus (SQL)

  • Some knowledge of coding principles required to support application development such as Python, HTML, and JavaScript

  • Understanding of API management; designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs to facilitate seamless integration and communication between systems

  • Ability to comprehend application requirements for IT development

  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to prioritize own work and work on projects independently and within a team

  • Ability to think creatively and apply logic when working through complex problems

  • Strong commitment to seeing tasks through to completion

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
