J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson. J&J IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.

Within J&J IM Principal Operations (IMPO), our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing to join the IMPO organization in Zug, Switzerland/High Wycombe, UK/Leiden, the Netherlands/Cork, Ireland/Beerse, Belgium

The purpose of this role is to lead and shape the Supply Chain Consolidation Reporting for both Planning & Actual ‘Other Costs Not in Standard’ (OCNIS) for IMPO EMEA.

In this role you are the go-to person for OCNIS for both internal IMPO and external partners such as Supply Chain Finance.

You will work in a cross-country virtual team with direct colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the OCNIS Consolidation Reporting Process for both Actuals and Forecasts, being the ‘bridge’ between Supply Chain and IMPO.

  • Be the ‘go to’ person for IMPO OCNIS and Variance reporting, investing in a strong business partnering network with collaborators across the business to ensure key items impacting IMPO reporting are incorporated.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals, budgets and latest thinking within strict timelines and in accordance with Internal and External SOX compliance regulations.

  • Lead the BVA Analysis Review to Senior Management and Supply Chain Consolidation teams for OCNIS and Inventory at both Legal (Standard Value) and Management values (Excluding Intercompany Profit).

  • Co-ordinate the Management Reporting for MRCs 4690 and 2668 and lead the Inventory Dashboard Reporting for Zug at Brand level.

  • Maintain Master Data integrity across IMPO for CFIN reporting, Anaplan Budgeting and Consolidation Tools.

  • Embrace change and challenging the status quo. Drive standardization and harmonization including process improvements and new ways of working, across the wider IMPO team. Contribute & influence digital transformation solutions and identify ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency of internal processes.

  • Be an active member of the COSMOS project for various workstreams in OCNIS & Variances

  • Proactively take ownership for personal development, ensuring a positive work life balance while managing partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills & influencing skills, customer focus and proactive attitude, and ability to partner effectively with business.

  • Eager to take initiative, ability to work independently in an international and hybrid (virtual/on-site) environment and ability to deliver under strict timelines.

  • Strong financial, analytical, and digital skills, results and performance driven.

  • Motivated, flexible, and pro-active.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance is preferred; however, other relevant experiences and skills may be considered.

  • SAP and Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experience is an asset.

  • Fluency in English is a requirement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. MBA or master’s in finance is preferred.
