Description

  • Deliver project tasks on-time, with quality and within budget with mentor/manager support

  • Provide administrative Business Analysis support to assigned work efforts.

  • Accountable to business sponsor(s) and project team or management to drive delivery of quality requirements tied to clearly understood business problem(s) and benefit(s)

  • Monitor and report on all requirements activities, expectations, and deliverables.

  • Understanding of need to be disciplined and flexible at the same time

  • Support business strategies and direction to shape work efforts and their scope

  • Manage to estimates, approved funding and forecasts

  • Log time in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Seek peer reviews of all work products. Apply learnings and best practices.

  • Seek coaching and mentoring from members of the Business Analysis community

  • Look for and champion opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency while delivering on commitments and apply critical thinking skills

  • Seek guidance to determine appropriate requirements processes, standards, tools & practices are implemented within the project engagement based on methodology.

  • Inform/raise awareness when data governance policies and data rules are impacted

  • Collaborate across a matrixed organization

  • Remain focused on big picture and seek assistance with prioritization of competing responsibilities

  • Identifies risks and issues; escalates blockers, in a timely manner

  • Listen and effectively communicate with clarity, precision and transparency

  • Exercise consensus-building skills when conflicts arise leveraging peer/manager support

  • Demonstrate team building skills by setting a positive tone and leading by example

  • Support vendor relationships as required.

  • Contribute to lessons learned and ensure project knowledge is captured, documented, appropriately transitioned and available for reuse.

  • Seeks knowledge of industry standard tools and leverages knowledge in the business analysis practice.
