BeiGene Senior Manager, Marketing Promotions, Nurse and Patient in Emeryville, California

General Description:

This individual is responsible the development, implementation, and execution of Nurse and Patient promotions to support the continued growth of BRUKINSA® (zanubrutinib). The position requires strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Essential Functions of the job:

Manage cross-functionally to develop, execute and evaluate projects that focus on supporting the interconnections between HCPs/Nurses, patients, caregivers/families, and liaising with numerous teams to accomplish goals, including Field Teams, Legal, Compliance/Privacy, Patient Advocacy, Patient Support Services, and Market Access.

Develop a thorough command of the clinical data to create promotional messaging/materials consistent with the approved label.

Collaborate with commercial operations / business analytics initiatives to uncover actionable insights and track progress of goals.

Partner with internal marketing colleagues & agency partners to develop personal and non-personal promotional plans for patients, with the potential to include Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) advertising.

Manage promotional material development, including distribution coordination, inventory management and field communications through collaboration with commercial operations and/or warehouse fulfillment.

Align with promotions team on goals and KPIs for key initiatives/resources

Organize and represent relevant patient and nurse promotional materials submitted to the internal promotional review committee, ensuring final materials meet business objectives while also meeting regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.

Assist with development of new team members and foster a positive culture within the team and with cross-functional colleagues.

Required Education:

Minimum of a BA/BS Degree in marketing or related field.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields with 7 plus years of overall experience.

5 plus years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry or within a promotional ad agency

Commercial experience with consumer or HCP marketing preferred

Experience in oncology preferred

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require significant agency management, and cross-functional team leadership.
