EMERY TOWN Emery Town Maintenance Person in EMERY, Utah

·         Mow, rake, water, and fertilize lawns. Parks, Town hall, Cemetery, Rest Area

·         Plant, transplant, water, fertilize, and trim flowers and shrubs.

·         General maintenance of sprinkler systems.

·         preventative maintenance of lawnmowers, snow blowers, and other small groundskeeping equipment.

·         Cemetery maintenance, including digging graves and internment.

·         Must be proficient in operating a backhoe

·         *Snow removal from Roads, Parks, Cemetery, Post office, Townhall & Rest Area         *

The work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion, such as digging, shoveling, planting, trimming, climbing, lifting heavy objects, crouching, or crawling. Must be able to see and hear.

·         Experience in landscaping and grounds care.

·         Experience using pesticides/herbicides.

·         Experience with irrigation systems.

·         Self-motivated, Detail oriented.

·         Working Conditions:

o    Risks which require the use of special safety precautions and/or equipment, e.g., working around operating machines, working with hazardous chemicals, etc.

·         Must be available for On-Call.

·         Must have, or be able to get, a driver's license.
