This is a temporary, full- time peak load position & we are looking to fill 15 job openings at 735 N Eleven Mile Corner Road, Eloy, AZ 85131 with an anticipated start date of April 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2024. Work at production location that packages swimming pool chemicals. Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met. Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. Seal containers or materials, assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, and mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools. Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools. Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment, such as conveyors, or in specified areas, such as loading docks. Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes. Load materials and products into package processing equipment and transport packages to vehicles. No degree. No experience required. On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.

Terms and Conditions of Employment: \$16.90 per hour, at least 40 hours a week. Monday-Friday, various shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 1:30AM Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at \$25.35 per hour. Hasa,Inc. will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The worker will be paid at least every two weeks. Employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. Employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Employer guarantees to offer work for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

Transportation: For H-2B workers, Hasa, Inc. will provide or pay for the workers cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period consistent with 655.20(j)(1)(ii). The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. The amount for daily subsistence will be at least \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excluding passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
