Job Description

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

  • Sort, label, and file documents according to predetermined classification systems.

  • Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and stored in the correct location for easy retrieval.

  • Retrieve documents upon request and deliver them to appropriate personnel.

  • Perform periodic audits to ensure files are up-to-date and in compliance with organizational policies.

  • Scan and digitize paper documents to create electronic records.

  • Assist with document retrieval during audits, legal proceedings, or other special projects.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Provide administrative support such as photocopying, shredding, and data entry as needed.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.

  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers, and fax machines.

  • Familiarity with document management software and electronic filing systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
