Hall Manufacturing Technology (Ellwood City, PA) to be responsible for managing production team members; overseeing financial budgeting, forecasting, and return on investment ("ROI") analysis; operating within multiple allocated budgetary limits; prioritizing production per individual machine to minimize customer delivery times; creating, maintaining, and auditing production records for machines running costs and costs per part produced; researching and identifying products or process for improved efficiencies then conducting ROI analysis for senior management consideration; developing and integrating material handling and storage systems; developing advanced programs for robotic welding cells; developing high volume production programs for computer numerical control ("CNC") machines; conducting feasibility assessments on parts for robotic welding and CNC machining operations; providing estimates and/or reporting on production cost per part; managing maintenance schedules for precision machinery; inspecting and assessing the precision machinery's accuracy; utilizing technician level machine access to rectify errors and inaccuracies; designing, developing, and providing ROI advice on fixturing systems for automated machinery; and identifying, assessing, and providing logical solutions to production problems from raw materials handling through to finished parts.

Must hold a high school diploma.

Must have five (5) years of work experience in the position offered or related. Must know (through academic training or work experience) performing in-depth ROI analyses; advanced manufacturing skills in both industrial robotics, CNC programming, as well as production scheduling and quality control; and CNC machine operation.
