LINDE ADVANCED MATERIAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (formerly Praxair Surface Technologies) Training Coordinator - 16896 in Ellisville, Mississippi

This is a job for a Training Coordinator position with a company located in Ellisville, MS.

Duties: You will participate in the interviewing process of Operations Technicians. Further, you will conduct orientation with New Hires. You set new hires up with Oracle access, Airwaves, Employee ID's, vending machine access, and benefits. In this position, you will have direct reporting responsibilities for the first 90 days of new hires, including attendance and performance management (ending with their 90 day review). Also, you will develop, coordinate and maintain training programs, including required for Quality, Safety, Production Process "Reminders", and other problems that arise. You will design and develop training courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goals. In this role, you will review, update, and maintains operational documentation.

Qualifications: You will need five (5) years experience in a manufacturing and / or training position. Previous leadership / supervisory and training experience is desired. You must be able and willing to work any shift as required by the job and/or work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, as required. You will be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must be proficient in Basic Math. Experience designing and developing training courses preferred.
