This is a job for a Quality Engineer II position with a company located in Ellisville, MS.

Duties: You will analyze customer and industry specifications to ensure processes are conforming and work to resolve quality issues in a timely manner. In this position, you will lead effective root cause and corrective action projects to meet the organizations and customers requirements. Further, you will prepare appropriate documentation, reports and summaries to communicate progress and results working in a collaborative environment. You will perform and support successful audits, both internal and external, which may include AS9100, Nadcap and customer audits. You must be capable of positively and professionally influencing others that do not report to this position to achieve the organization's goals, including internal and external customers/suppliers.

Qualifications: You will need a bachelor's degree in engineering and 4 years of experience OR 12 years of directly related experience. Further, you must have the abilityto combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment. You must be able to handle multiple demands at one time, while maintaining good composure and communication skills. Also you must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.You will need strong communication skills and computer proficiency, business administration know-how, and a working knowledge of quality systems. If you haveLean / Six Sigma green belt or black belt it is a plus.
