- Must be 18 years of age; valid drivers license; pass drug test and criminal background check.
- Patrols the complex to ensure the security of facilities.
- Patrols industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Circulate among residents, visitors, and patrons.
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Participates in training sessions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
