The Supply Chain and Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, optimizing inventory levels, and developing accurate demand forecasts. This role involves demand forecasting, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

How You'll Create Possibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models based on historical data, market trends, and business intelligence.

• Monitor and evaluate the accuracy of demand forecasts against actual sales data.

• Identify and analyze discrepancies to continuously improve forecasting accuracy.

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of materials and products.

• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing holding costs.

• Maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.

• Identify and address potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions in the supply of materials.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Generate reports and insights for management and other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, and sales, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 5 years of proven experience in forecasting, vendor management, procurement, or related roles.

  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic supply chain environment.
