JOB SUMMARY:

As an Automation Engineer specializing in manufacturing automation, your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing appropriately scaled automated systems for production processes. You’ll work in alignment with Lean Manufacturing principles and the company’s long-term strategic plan. Additionally, you’ll analyze and optimize workflows, space requirements, and equipment layout to ensure seamless production operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll integrate new technologies and methodologies into existing manufacturing processes. Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools like Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping will be part of your role. You’ll also conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop systematic strategies for improvement. Providing technical guidance and training to production staff on new systems and processes is essential. Lastly, you’ll manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are delivered on time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
