  • Associate degree in criminal justice preferred; pre-law, public administration, or related field or equivalent experience considered
  • Experience reading and interpreting legal documents of varying types and complexity; applying knowledge of specific laws, statutes and rules to individual cases without providing legal advice
  • Practical knowledge of standard practices and procedures of the Court, legal terminology, and local judicial policies
  • Working knowledge of issues facing people experiencing homelessness, violence, and poverty
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
