  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Possession and ability to maintain license in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems or 5 years experience in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems maintenance and repair
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting equipment and appliances and plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry work and locksmithing functions
  • Knowledge of department safety policies and procedures and ability to apply such knowledge to a variety of interrelated processes, tasks and operations
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid Drivers License
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen
