  • Baccalaureate Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professionally licensed
  • Thorough knowledge of and ability to make practical application of standard principles and practices of engineering and Federal, State and local regulations regarding road and bridge construction, development standards, drainage, and traffic studies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of utilizing Federal and State grants
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills required
  • Experience estimating project costs and accounting for costs, labor, materials, quantities, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in hiring, managing, and terminating employees
