Responsibilities include:

  • Style patients in fashionable eyewear

  • Educate patients on the latest lens technologies

  • Sell glasses and contacts to patients helping them maximize the value of their insurance

  • Assisting with general front office operations: answering the phone, check-in, check-out, and pretesting patients

  • All things insurance: verifying eligibility, answers questions, and authorizing benefits

  • Completing training to advance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Optician is a big plus

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to strive for excellence

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work evenings 2 days per week and Saturdays

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
