PM- Transport Dispatcher Elk River, MN Description Job Title: PM Transport Dispatcher Job Type: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 2pm-8pm, On-call tell 5am On-Call every other weekend rotation Location: Elk River Beaudry Oil & Propane is currently looking for a Transport Dispatcher to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a PM Transport Dispatcher. The primary responsibility of the Dispatcher is to efficiently dispatch all Transport loads while ensuring that Beaudry Oil & Propane is compliant with State and Federal laws. This position will oversee the day to day operations and deliveries of our company trucks while monitoring driver hours. Responsibilities: Monitor truck locations and driving efficiencies with GPS tracking Manage driver hours Take phone calls with excellent customer service Maintaining responsibility for dispatching all of the transport trucks in a manner that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction Answering in-bound calls from customers and assessing their needs Providing exceptional customer service to customers at all times Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction Performing office clerical work, such as filing and organizing Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly Performing other duties as assigned
