Work closely with clients/customers to identify business requirements and processes. Analyzes and records the requirements for new product development. Design business systems, including PCBs printed circuit board. Perform GAP analysis for all the recorded requirements. Finalize requirements with client and get a sign-off on the requirements. Create automation scripts for PCB CAM software Genesis like auto penalization, auto drill and rout manager for CNC machines. Update existing web portal, which includes integration of Genesis software with web portal, online price calculator, query handling etc. Create work database system, which includes back-up of PCB Gerber database for future repeat orders, all quality records, to provide CNC programs to CNC drill & rout machines. Create online workflow for PCB Production process, and to link this system with web portal, so customer can see progress of their orders remotely. Create scripts programs for Impedance coupons, back-drill coupons, Resistance coupons on Genesis software using programming language for simulation of above said requirement of PCBs on panel frame. Create CAR (Corrective Action Report) in case of quality problems, which include full training to linked operator for said quality problems regarding particular production / CAD-CAM process. Conduct JAD session with process engineer, Quality Assurance and stake holders to review the functionality of business systems to ensure that it continues to satisfy customer needs. Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs using workflow chart and sequence diagram. Coordinate the complete development for the designated solutions including, but not limited to design, coding, build and test activities, in accordance with standard procedures and solution delivery process. Contribute on complete Software Development Life Cycle from gathering requirement, software architecture design, coding, integration and testing. Maintain all appropriate documentation &provide technical support to design personnel. Perform analyses to ensure complete integration of electronic design components and systems, including control systems for the governance of circuit board functions. Provides end-user support once the product is delivered. Assesses and evaluates all customer feedback and ensure that correct issues are addressed.
