Salary: $20.04/Hour Summary The Point/Middle Operator is responsible for packing finished product on skids, performing quality checks, banding, installing side boards, stretch wrapping, and moving finished product to assigned area for shipping.
Essential Functions Lifting 5 - 50 pounds repetitively. Standing demands of up to 9 hours per day. Ability to read tape measure, calipers. Bending at the waist. Forklift operations - training provided. Banding product on skids. Pneumatic gun operation (nail/stapple). Filling out required paperwork. Informing glue operator of product defects. Occasionally tying bales when baler is full. Wearing all proper PPE and following all safety regulations/procedures Other duties as assigned Ability to work overtime
Position Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
