Description Robert Half is looking for a certified Data Analyst to join our client! To be successful in this role, you should be able to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Responsibilities include developing analysis and reporting capabilities and conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. The Data Analyst will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

  • Assemble data recording systems and business analysis for the department to use

  • Generate business reports that provide insight into key data points

  • Support database updates and maintain accuracy

  • Convey the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers

  • Help other departments reach their goals by providing analysis

  • Regularly examine data reports to identify and resolve mistakes throughout

  • Collect and analyze data for various types of business reports Requirements

  • Strong critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions

  • Must be able to effectively relate data to coworkers using verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts using data tools

  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet project deadlines

  • Familiarity with business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow

  • 1 to 3 years of experience with HRIS or ERP

  • Analytical skills that can develop data-driven reports
