Position Objectives
As the Training and Engagement Coordinator, you will ensure that our new and current employees are prepared for success during on-boarding and ongoing training. You will assist in the creation and evolution of training content and conduct in-person and remote classroom sessions. The position will work collaboratively with both the HR and Safety and Compliance departments while also supporting operational management at each airport.

Requirements
2-3+ years of administrative experience, including proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and similar programs
1-2 years in an employee development setting, preferably in aviation or other technical training
Excellent writing and communication skills, including formal presentations/content creation, and social media engagement.
Experience in classroom instruction, workshop facilitation, and/or public speaking
In Person, Monday -Friday, 40 hours / week
