Description

The Global Marketing Intern will lead and manage several projects, while assisting the Product Marketing Team in managing core and new product innovation, executing global product launches, building out consumer segmentation, and identifying competitive white space in market. Additional responsibilities include interaction and collaboration with multiple groups including: Operations, Creative, R&D, Sales and Education.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Product Marketing Team with new product launches for all Murad collections.

  • Manage competitive review for Global Marketing team to keep abreast of new launches, campaigns, messaging, pricing, etc.

  • Manage collateral program strategy and execution (gifts for Gift-with-Purchase kits) to create a cohesive brand presence internally and externally.

  • Manage product sample & GWP requests, timing and communication with Channels

  • Assist development of new core and limited-edition kit updates, product assortment, cogs and creative artwork.

  • Assist in further developing consumer segmentation profiles based on key trends and insights

  • Manage global packaging translations to ensure product launches are in compliance

  • Create, track and manage new Creative execution, updating any packaging requirements, artwork changes and partnering with Operations on run-out timing.

Qualifications

  • In final year of university or recently graduated with Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to think and execute “outside the box”

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Creative thinker, self-starter

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task

  • Ability to determine priorities and re-prioritize as needed
