Cimarron Software Services, Inc. Facility Modification Coordinator in El Segundo, California

Cimarron is seeking aFacility Modification Coordinatorwith a TS/SCI clearance to support a critical government program in El Segundo, CA. This program is essential for helping to ensure national security.

Key Duties:

  • Support on-site logistics functions.
  • Work with SAP and interact the U.S. government customer on a daily basis.
  • Performmessengerduties, as needed.
  • Manageand trackaccountable assets and property.
  • Performannual inventories.
  • Accessthe database to monitor and provide customer stock movement at warehouse/storage area(s).
  • Respondto daily requests and work orders related to department functions, including typical office supply deliveries, ink-toner service, nameplate engraving, etc.
  • Support Facilities work orders as needed.
  • Coordinateand assistwith office moves including ergonomic requests for workstation adjustments, etc.
  • Responsible for courier services and mail processing services for incoming/outgoing mail and package processing and handling, includingpacking and shipping materials and equipment, as needed.
  • Assistwith document collection and destruction processes.
  • Coordinateincoming/outgoing transportation requests.
  • Supportsite fleet vehicle rentals and the coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Communicatewith internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities.
  • Assistwith procurementand interactwith suppliers and buyers when needed.
  • Enter datainto SAP.
  • Helpdevelop contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant products.
  • Conductanalysis and developrecommendations when required.
  • Provideinput and implement process improvements and business solutions.

Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
  • Must be able to sustain routine physical activities. Custodial Property Officer training will be required/provided for this role.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Material Planning and organizing.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar material management software.
  • Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs on a frequent basis.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Capable of operating material handling equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 10 or more years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of related experience, or Master's degree and 4 or more years of related experience.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph.
  • 1 or more years of experience with warehouse operations.
  • 1 or more years of experience with asset inventory and management.
  • Familiar with facilities operations and support.
