Position Description:

Performs central accounting and financial analysis functions according to established procedures.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Review and approve requisitions submitted to ensure compliance with Institutional Policies and State purchasing regulations.

  • Develop and execute request for proposals and bids.

  • Provide instruction and guidance on the Purchasing process to end users.

  • Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.

  • Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution.
