En tu puesto...

  • Manejarás maquinas CNC de 3, 4 y 5 ejes.

  • 6 meses de experiencia en la industria como mínimo.

  • Deberás interpretar planos 2D de piezas a maquinar (tolerancias generales, tolerancias de precisión, ajustes y GD&T)

  • Manejarás herramientas de medición (vernier, micrómetro, indicadores)

  • Conocimiento en herramientas de corte y sus aplicaciones.

  • Llenado correcto de reportes y autoverificación para calidad y líderes de producción.

  • Conocimiento y ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos

  • Cambios de herramientas y herramentales para maquinado CNC. Ajustes de cambio de modelo.

  • Reducirás desperdicios en los procesos productivos y transaccionales.

  • Apoyar a la capacitación básica de asistentes técnicos de nuevo ingreso.

  • Mantener 5S en tu área productiva

Como nuestro candidato ideal...

  • Cuentas con un mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia dentro del entorno de Métodos/Manufactura/Ingeniería industrial.

  • Búsqueda de la mejora continua en el proceso (implementación de poka-yokes)

  • Disposición y actitud a la implementación de mantenimiento autónomo CNC.

  • Posibilidad de rolar turnos.

  • Cumplir con los indicadores de mantenimiento.
