Job Description

Insight Global's client, India's largest medic conglomerate's US based streaming service, is looking to hire a Manager of Business Development and Partnerships for a full-time role based in California or the Seattle area.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the client in the US / Canada market by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with organizations that reach the South Asian community.

Essential Function/Tasks:

Prospecting and identifying potential partners:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients - across corporate organizations, community organizations, and other entities that align with the client's target audience and business goals.

Partnerships and Business Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Report to and interact with management team to indicate the status of the partnership progress.

Foster in-depth and productive relationships at all levels with the client

Experience in Affiliate/Partner Marketing will be an additional bonus.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring successful implementation of agreements, and maximizing value for both parties.

Negotiating and structuring partnerships:

Leading negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition and engagement.

Market research and analysis:

Staying up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and the South Asian community landscape to inform partnership strategies.

Developing and executing marketing campaigns:

Collaborating with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that leverage partner channels and reach the South Asian audience effectively.

Skills and Requirements

§ Experience in partnerships, preferably in media/entertainment

     Experience working clients 1v1

     Experience with B2B Partnerships

   § Strong understanding of US multicultural market and South Asian community

   § Relationship building and communication

   § Willingness to travel 40-50% of role within US

   § Work independently to drive results § Fluency in Hindi or another South Asian language

   § Understanding of the streaming space null
