Are you ready to join an extraordinary team on a mission to transform the lives of peripheral vascular patients and customers? As (Senior) Marketing Specialist for Peripheral Vascular Health in the Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg (BeNeLux) region, you will be responsible for driving marketing activities to accelerate the adoption of our Peripheral, Embolization, Venous and AV Access portfolios, support market development, gain market share, and achieve Medtronic’s ambitious growth targets, with a specific focus on new product launches and emerging indications. This role will cover whole BeNeLux and is a remote role.

A Day in the Life

The Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Operating Unit is dedicated to the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous diseases. We offer our physician customers a comprehensive suite of products and therapies to treat varying degrees of peripheral vascular disease — disorders of the circulatory system outside of the brain and heart. Our goal is to help healthcare professionals save limbs, reduce pain, and treat disease — so their patients can get back to enjoying what they love.

Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manages the marketing plan development and execution for BeNeLux, including the development of the marketing strategies, customer segmentation and targeting, the implementation of campaigns and tactics.

• Consistently and effectively communicates appropriate product, market, clinical, and competitive information to the local sales organization.

• Coordinates the participation to local conferences and events, including booth, contracts, and speakers.

• Leads new product launches, including pricing strategy, internal training, dissemination of promotional materials, internal and external communications, and launch tracking.

• Establishes strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and leverages KOLs to promote products.

• Manages local supply and demand activities, including the prioritization of product allocations.

• Ensures marketing expenses stay within the approved budget (Annual Operating Plan).

• Develops competitive and market intelligence in collaboration with sales organization and third parties.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering.

• Min 5 years of experience in marketing in the medical device industry in a national and/or international role.

• Demonstrated marketing skills.

• Advanced IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence & CRM software (Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce).

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering.

• Expertise in Vascular Surgery or Interventional Radiology markets.

• Working proficiency in French.
