Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute live and web-based events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events.

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget management, venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, marketing, and post-event follow-up.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze event performance, including attendee feedback, lead generation, return of investment (ROI), and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Manage relationships with event vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure successful partnerships and execution of contractual obligations.

  • Work closely with marketing team to integrate events into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in event management to continuously improve event strategies in execution.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in event management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in budget management and cost analysis.

  • Experience with virtual platforms and technologies is a plus.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for on-site event coordination and management.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
