Fortive Corporation Customer Service Representative (fixed term contract, 12 months) in Eindhoven, Netherlands

Your Impact

As a Customer Service Representative joining a newly acquired company you will be responsible for quote entry, order enter and other customer facing activities to build an outstanding customer experience. This role is a fixed term contract of 12 months.

Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies:

  • Enter and process all incoming orders – EDI, web portal, emails and phone calls

  • Respond to all customer queries in a timely and accurate way

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits established

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • Understands products and services and can answer general customer inquiries

  • High level of satisfaction around crafting an outstanding customer experience

    Our Needs

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years in Customer Service related role)

  • Experience with MS Excel

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Business proficiency in English and any other European language (preferably French, Italian or Portuguese)

  • SAP experience

    Preferred Skills:

  • Medical/Life Sciences work experience

  • Salesforce
